About Me

¡Welcome to my digital corner! I’m thrilled that you’re here exploring my virtual space. Let me tell you a bit about myself, beyond codes and screens.

I’m Eduardo, a passionate IT Professional with over four years of experience in technical support (remote and on-site), as well as in process and commercial areas. In recent years, I have worked in the SaaS industry remotely, allowing me to develop fundamental skills such as time management, teamwork, and autonomy.

Being part of IT support teams has also allowed me to develop key skills in service and customer care, where I can listen and understand users’ needs. This ability not only strengthens my capacity to handle challenging situations with tact but has also significantly contributed to the success of the companies I have worked for.

In addition to being a passionate IT Professional, I take pride in standing out as a well-rounded individual with diverse interests. I firmly believe in continuous learning, positioning me as a professional capable of addressing challenges with a multidisciplinary approach. My abundant energy drives me to pursue a wide range of interests, hobbies, and areas of study. This drive directly translates into my commitment to constant professional development, evidenced by my active participation in forums, presentations, and courses. Exploring diverse topics not only enriches my knowledge but also strengthens my skills, establishing a solid link between the diversity of my interests and my professional growth.

I don’t like to define myself by my professional titles or the work I have done; rather, I define myself by who I am as a person and the work I aspire to do. In my perspective, skills can be taught, but personality is inherent.

If you’re looking for a professional in the IT field with a unique combination of experience, knowledge, and a goal-oriented approach, I encourage you to explore my services. I’m always open to discussing new projects and opportunities. How about grabbing a coffee to talk about it? It would be a pleasure.
